2023:Reject Incompetence,Vote For Excellence-Udensi To Abia Electorates

The Interpol Consultant and Security Expert Sir Chikwe Udensi has urged Abians to resist any attempt to impose an incompetent leadership on them as the 2023 election gets on the way.


Udensi who was speaking at a Radio Programme monitored by newsstarlet says Abians can’t afford to elect bad leaders who will drag the State backwards again ,he called on Abia electorates to reject incompetent leadership and instead embrace excellence in choosing who governs the State.


He added that Abians are in a hurry to see Ikpeazu to leave office for a competent person to emerge as Governor by 2023, saying that neophytes are not expected to take over leadership of the State again having suffered the backwardness since 1999.


The security expert noted that Abia have been very unfortunate with leaders whom he said have not given the State a quality development ,hence the reason for the poor governance experienced currently in the State.


Udensi who is hopeful of turning things around if elected , maintained that the use of BIVAS will help to facilitate free and fair election in Abia in 2023.


He promised to instill discipline in running the affairs of the State if elected, saying that his administration will ensure prompt payment of salaries and address several issues begging for attention in the State.
While reacting to the order of rerun by the Federal High court Abuja for the All Progressive Grand Alliance , he says the stay of execution filed by APGA governorship Candidate Prof Gregory Ibe has not been granted by the Court as the party currently have not done anything to ensure the conduct of the primary election.
Udensi said the Appeal Court ought to have upheld the primary election held in Villa Roy Hotel which produced him as Candidate and anulled the election held at Kolpin Center in Umuahia which produced Prof Gregory Ibe which was said to have been mared by several irregularities.


Accreditation and voting according to him was supposed to have taken place in different locations, adding that the primary election that produced Prof Gregory Ibe as a candidate was fraudulent.


He further promised to inaugurate his campaign team in order to be ready for the election.


He also pledged to harness his social services structure and ensure smooth judicial processes in his incoming administration.


He added that he is putting an appeal in court for his primary election to be recognized as authentic.


Kicking off his palliatives programmes for the Elderly and Pensioners and interface with the physically challenged in Abia is amongst his next activities for the Yultide season.
