Abia Deputy Governor,Engr Emetu has described his boss,Governor Alex Otti as an institution of inspiration and a leader with encouraging qualities.
Engr Emetu revealed this in a goodwill messages to the event marking Abians 32nd anniversary.
He expressed optimism that there more goods to come with the much achieved by the Otti’s led administration within a short time that he assumed office as governor of Abia State.
