He is a security expert and has revealed that the issues he had with the All Progressive Grand Alliance, Abia State leadership and as well the governorship tussle.
The Interpol Consultant and Security expert Sir Chikwe Udensi has advocated for reforms in the political party system in Nigeria as that will produce people with credible characters and intergrity .
Udensi made this known while speaking on his mid-week Radio programme monitored by newsstarlet.
Reacting to the recent Owo incident in ONDO State where a number of people were massacred by suspected terrorists ,the security expert says it was a devastating and disturbing report, adding that it has exposed the level of intelligence gathering in the apparatus of the Country.
He said that over 80% of works done to secure lives and properties has to do with intelligence gathering which is used to nib crime in the bud.
He further stressed that government is not showing concern over what has been happening in the country as there are too many lapses in the system.
Udensi expressed sadness that lives are no longer safe in the country,while calling on government to do more in securing lives saying there’s need to adopt the security strategy practiced in most civilized Countries of the World.
The APGA Guber candidate charged the Federal Government to do more in installing security gadgets like CCTV cameras both in public and private places, saying that certain buildings and properties are wrongly situated.
ELECTION MATTERS
Udensi the new electoral act signed by President Muhammadu Buhari did not accommodate party administration and delegates reforms as it has hampered on the success of the primary election which is very clear that the act failed to provide the needed insight.
He said some level of education is required for a party administrators or mechinary at both Ward, State and national level to be elligible to function , maintaining that they must have a means of livelihood in order not to be induced with money .
He faulted the foundation of the party adding that it’s unfortunate that political parties don’t operate on credibility in the running of the affairs of the party.
“Those who are administering in our party system must be educated and must have a means of livelihood as Most of our administrators at the party offices are poor and hungry,they are very desperate for your money”
He maintained that party leadership should have sustainable income in order to kill the shear desperation found in party politics today,citing examples of the PDP and APC primaries where the South Easterners made a U-turn following the presence of money in circulation,thereby abandoning their major agenda which is the quest for South East Presidency.

He raised series of issues concerning an agreement with stakeholders of the All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA where he was asked to sign before he could be given the ticket of the party and also get the full support of the Party to become the Governor of Abia state.
According to sir chikwe Udensi the agreements includes, Making The member representing Aba south State Constituency in the Abia state House of Assembly Hon Obinna Ichita his Deputy Governor, making Barr. Emeka Nwaokoro as Attorney General of Abia State, including a monthly bill of 2.2 Billion which will be given to stakeholders group, with other proposals which he declined.
According to Chief Chikwe Udensi, Prof Greg Ibe peened down his signature to the agreement.
According to Chief Udensi the panel that made the proposal was Chaired by Barr Ahamdi Nwaeke.
It could be recalled that on the May 29th 2022 the All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA held a parallel in Abia state to elect a flag bearer of the Party ahead of the 2023 Governorship election in Abia, the primaries at Bill Roy hotel produced Chief Chikwe Udensi, while the one at Kolping Society Umuahia produced Prof Greg Ibe.
The security expert also enjoined Abians to obtain their permanent voters registration card which will enable them make changes in government instead of criticising from afar.
“Most people who criticise doesn’t even have the capacity to change things because they don’t have their PVC”.
