Sir Chikwe Udensi’s achievements and pedigree deserves him being accorded some respects regardless of politics.
This was the advice giving to Abia State House of Assembly member Representing Aba North and South State Constituency,Hon Obinna Ichita by the Abia State Commissioner for Trade and Commerce, John Okiyi Kalu
Okiyi who frowned at the abuse meted on Sir Chikwe Udensi by Ichita during his recent Radio interview, noted that his Choice as the running mate for Prof.Gregory Ibe was an outright error.
Okiyi who was speaking on Radio Programme on Friday, Monitored by newsstarlet stressed the need for All Progressive Grand Alliance to consider the kind of persons they’re fielding ahead of the 2023 election, adding that Obinna Ichita will not offer anything good than problems.
He expressed pity for Professor Gregory Ibe whom he said is a good man but have been compelled to pick Obinna Ichita a person he maintained will not add value as his running mate
“I pity my brother Prof.Greg Ibe , a good man that they compelled him to use a petrel as a running mate who will not add value for the ticket but problems “
“On this Radio Station Prof.Gregory called and I heard him from his own mouth.i heard him say that when he was joining APGA ,they gave him three conditions which he accepted Two.”
Some of the conditions according to the former Abia State Commissioner of Information was to make Obinna Ichita his running mate and to appointment Nwokoro the Attorney general as Gregory Ibe did that not accept the N2. Billion that Sir Chikwe Udensi alleged.
The Commissioner says he found it funny that a well respected man like Chikwe Udensi who has achieved a lot both in the State and the Country will be insulted by Obinna Ichita ,a man he said has done well in various capacities including ALGON should not be disrespected in the name of politics.
“I even found it funny that Obinna could sit down here and insult somebody like Chikwe Udensi ,a respected Abian,a former ALGON Secretary ,a man with capacity and capabilities,there things you don’t do in Politics ,even sitting down here there are people you’ll mention their names,I will run !run !!run !!!because of their live experience and achievements.”
