The executives members of the Nkata Ibeku family meeting have unanimously passed a vote of no confidence On our Chairman Mr. Uchendu Salis Ihemeremadu.
The removal of Uchendu Salis was based on the following reasons and facts:
(1) That he runs the said Community as if he is a sole administrator without recourse to any contribution or ideas on how the Community should be governed by his executive members.
(2) He has unwarrantedly refused to handover or remit any money to the Treasurer of the Community since -the Executive members were elected on 28″ January, 2023. The said money includes:
Money handed over to him by the previous Administration and the ones gotten by his Administration presently. And the said issue of unable to handover the said money to the appropriate person being the Treasurer of the Community has before now been reported to the Community by the Executives.
(3) That his Administration which started on 28″ January, 2023 has witness a lot of untold and unbecoming disservices to the Community.
(4) And since he took over the Administration of the Community no project at all has been carried out so far, still, the Community money meant to have been given to the elected Treasurer of the
Community is nowhere to be found.
(5) That the said Chairman has been threatening the lives of the people of Nkata Community almost on daily basis; one Mr. Chinogbo Amaobi was seriously threatened by the said Chairman. Recently he seriously inflicted a neck injury to one Mrs. Chinyere Okeiyi in the name of collecting N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira) levy.
(6) The said Chairman has embezzled the sum of 81,950,000 (One Million Nine Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) being the Community money of Umumukwu. Copy of letter addressed to him on the above embezzlement is equally attached to this resolution.
(7) He claims to be a PDP member and boast without care that he was single handedly delivered on that election day by the former speaker Chinedu Orji (IKUKU OMA).
(8) That the constitution of the Community stated that the Community shall be having its meeting on every 3 Saturday of every month, instead he unilaterally decided to call for meeting on 15″ July, 2023.
Finally, we the entire Executives of Nkata Ibeku Community have immediately removed the said Chairman from his Office in order to restore peace and order to the Community. Signed:
