The Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives,Rt.Hon Benjamin Kalu has reiterated his committment to working tirelessly for the development of the Country as a Law-maker.
Kalu made this known during a grand reception that ushered in the 10th Assembly in his honour at Abuja .
He added that his elevation into the position of the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives is an impetus to do more as he promised to make his impact felt by carrying out a quality legislation that will make a difference in the nation.
While he thanked his constituents, stakeholders, traditional rulers, leaders of faith-based organizations amongst others, for the show of love and support.
Rep.Kalu specifically thanked his wife, Dr Ezinne Kalu for her understanding,support and encouragement throughout the journey regardless of the many challenges.
He further expressed appreciation to Pastor Jerry Uchechukwu Eze of the Streams of Joy International for his presence at the occasion amidst demanding schedule.
