One veritable postulation of Ed catmull, the American Computer Scientist is that creativity is the engine that drives human progress, and that leaders who understand and encourage creativity can transform their organizations and the world.

Linda Naiman, the Founder of “Creativity at Work” also has it that a creative leader looks for new ways to solve problems, communicates with clarity and conviction, and creates a culture of innovation that inspires others to do the same.

Whenever the concept of creativity is discussed, there is every gainsaying that the name, “President General Ozuitem Development Union, Dr Ken Anyalechi” will make the list, owing to his creative antecedents in the tourism and hospitality industry.

Interestingly, the President General avid sense of ingenuity is reflected yet again in his quest to develop not just culture and the tourism, but also the people for which these culture and boisterous economic tourism are meant.

Dr Ken Anyalechi’s vision is to encourage creativity in Ozuitem and Abia State at large and showcase the diverse heritage and talents in the state, while also giving our indigenous artists the opportunity to connect with the global audience, as well as offer them the opportunity to network with other professionals in the history/tourism and culture industry.
