Embattled Chairman of the All Progressive Grand Alliance Rev Augustine Ehiemere has accused the factional Chairman who took over on Tuesday at the party’s secretariat,Nnanna Ukaegbu of showing expired court order and decieving the Policemen stationed at the premesis to restore law and order by breaking into the party secretariat.
He added that Ukaegbu and his men broke into the party office and carted away the Sum of 50 Million Naira and intimidated some of the staff members.
He noted that they have written the state Commissioner of Police for proper investigation ,while calling for calm amongst party faithfuls.
State legal adviser of the party, Chukwuemeka Nwokoro described the act as a criminal act.
As of the time of this report the party secretariat was under lock and key.
Information as has it that an invitation has been extended to Nnanna Ukaegbu by the Abia State Commissioner of Police.
