Following the Appeal Court ruling and enforcement of the substantive judgment of the All Progressive Grand Alliance,Prince Nnanna Ukaegbu on Tuesday took over his position as the Chairman of the party .
The presence of tight security was sighted at the party’s secretariat in the early hours of Tuesday August 30th 2022 as Court order sacking the Augustine Ehiemere faction was pasted at the gates of the party.
Nnanna Ukaegbu who spoke to newsstarlet shortly after he entered the secretariat, says he will hit the ground running by organizing the Exco meeting and pay courtesy call to founding fathers of the party in the State.
He promised to go through the party files in order to fix the records where there were anomalies and as well make decisions that will be of the Party’s interest.
“we are here to hold the party Exco meeting and pay courtesy calls to some founding fathers in the State.”
He added that every position he takes must reflect the wishes of the members of the party.
Any aggrieved persons according to the Chairman of the party,Prince Nnanna Ukaegbu can approach the Supreme court to vent his grievances.
