The court presided by Justice Anyadike on the pre electoral matters, ruled that the case will be heard by 13th of July 2022.

Nnamdi Okorie for the first defendant,B.I Amadi assistant director INEC for second defendant,Owen C Ugomdi with Chief F.C Ibebuike appeard for the third defendant.
Grant Osu appeared for the party seeking to be joined in the case
The motion for substituted service was moved and granted and the matter was adjourned for report of service as well as motion for joinder.
Speaking after the court Udensi expressed optimism that he will emerge APGA candidate at the end of the court ruling.
The Interpol consultant said he has no business with any rumour that he has been settled saying it was an evil thought while promising his supporters of fighting the case to a logical conclusion
He said he will allow the case to go the way it ought to go inspite several conditions they were asking him to accept .
“I don’t have no business responding to evil thoughts of settlement who did they settle?”
“They settled themselves,they did not settle Chief Udensi,I will never take any money from anybody,if I would have accepted those conditions we wouldn’t have been where we are today ,there were several conditions they were asking me to accept which I said no I will never accept.”
“I’ll make sure the case goes as it ought to go and I’ll become the candidate for this 2023 election . “
He vow to use the court process to make them pay for the evil they have done to bring the party down.
“The case has just stated today was the first day in court I’m happy that we applied for substituted service the officials of the party who were parties to the suite ,the defendants are running away,they don’t want to be served but we have to make sure we serve them one way or the other,that is why our motion today was substituted service and was granted by the court so we’re gonna serve them to make sure they come to court and answer to the that they have done to bring party down.
