Rotarian Mary Udensi has described Women as the most important part of the society.
She made this known during the Flagg off of empowerment programme for Abia Women in partnership with,Biuld A New Abia (BANA) Women’s Forum a Charity Foundation of Sir Chikwe Udensi in Aba.
While commending the efforts of Women in building their home and contributing to the growth of the society, Udensi says the empowerment programme for Abia Women was borne out of strong believe that the Women can develop the society if given the needed support because they posses a lot of good qualities .
The Rotarian promised to use to programme to further engage the Women in the areas of skill acquisition and other trainings.
Udensi stressed thec need for the right leader to be elected as such will bring progress and reposition Abia to become the envy of all.
“If you love Abia State, you’ll help to ensure the right leader is elected for development .”
She called on them to get their PVC’S because the right choices must be made to reposition Abia State.
Mary Udensi maintained that Sir Chikwe Udensi will address the problems of the State if elected governor.
She promised to visit every local government area in Abia State to identify with the Women whom she said are very important in the society, therefore must not be neglected.
