  • To serve, add sparkling lemonade to pitcher and stir. Taste; add a little lemon juice (if using) if beverage is too sweet. Partially fill six tall glasses with ice. Pour beverage into glasses using a spoon to nudge muddled fruit and herbs among ice. Garnish with additional fruit or herbs.

INDIVIDUAL PIMM'S CUP

In a tall glass, lightly muddle an orange slice, a cucumber slice, a few mint and/or basil leaves and a halved strawberry. Add ice, 2 ounces Pimm's No. 1 and, if desired, a small squeeze of lemon juice. Top with sparkling lemonade or ginger ale, give it a stir, then garnish with more fruit or herbs.
